Femap Advanced Thermal Solver
The Femap Advanced Thermal Solver adds a number of more advanced thermal modeling and simulation capabilities to the Femap Thermal Solver package including 1D fluid network modeling and free and forced convection. An extensive suite of thermal modeling tools are provided to allow users to define more advanced and sophisticated thermal simulations, such as radiation and spacecraft modeling, including solar and orbital heating, orbit modeling and display, ray tracing capabilities, and articulating structures. These extensive modeling tools are also complemented by a number of more advanced solver features such as custom user subroutines, model simplification, sub-structuring and interfaces to industry thermal codes.
